Chronic Pain and Sense of Self in Chinese Canadian Adolescent Girls
Summary
We are interested in how teenagers living with chronic pain feel/think about their pain journey and who they are as a person. Very little is known in this area of research. If you join this study, you will be invited to participate in a conversation with a researcher from the University of Calgary to explore your experience living with chronic pain. Participation will usually take place over two meetings, and there is no preparation needed. During your meetings, you will first draw a visual timeline about your chronic pain journey, then have a discussion (interview) focused on the timeline. Questions will be about your experience of and perspective on the events included in your timeline.
