Surveillance of patients with the M6-C prosthesis for osteolysis

Summary

The purpose of the study is to understand the M6-C cervical disc prosthesis and how it moves. The M6-C has been found to fail in some people who have received it. We would like to create a database to understand the long-term changes in neck mobility and pain. You will complete yearly surveys about your neck. There may also be further imaging to better understand how your neck moves.
