Whiteness and Anti-Racist Action: A Focused Critical Ethnographic Study
Summary
This study explores how white women social workers in Alberta are practicing anti-racism in their work and everyday lives. It looks at what’s working, what’s challenging, and how social workers can disrupt racism and white supremacy. If you're a white woman practicing as a social worker in Alberta and you are actively trying to disrupt racism in your practice, this study wants to hear your story. Your insights can help shift the profession toward racial equity and justice.
