Early-bird regular: $950 CDN (Jan 30 - June 30)

Early-bird registration ends June 30.

Abstract submission deadline.

Notice of abstract submission acceptance.

July 1

Regular registration rates in effect.

Student: $700 CDN (July 1 - Aug 4)
Regular: $1150 CDN (July 1 - Aug 4)

Aug. 5

Late registration rate in effect.

Students: $700 CDN (Aug 5 - Aug 18)
Regular: $1400 CDN (Aug 5 - Aug 18)

Aug. 18

Registration closed.

Welcome to ISIRC 2025! We are looking forward to seeing you in September. In the event that you need to cancel your registration, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellations prior to August 18, 2025 will be refunded minus a service/processing fee of $90 CDN. No refunds will be issued after August 18, 2025.
