Abstract Submission Process
Abstract submissions are collected through the Qualtrics platform. Information is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Types of submissions and guidelines.
- Submissions can be oral or poster.
- Maximum length of 500 words for both types.
Oral Presentation Submissions
Oral abstract submissions should include (as appropriate to the type of proposal):
- Background
- Research objectives/questions
- Method
- Results
- Discussion
- Contribution to conference theme
Poster Submissions
Poster presentation submissions should include:
- Background
- Research objectives/questions
- Method
- Results
- Discussion
- Contribution to conference theme
Posters will be presented during the Networking Reception evening (Sept. 4, 2025). Poster space is limited and will be given on a first come basis.
Submission Deadlines
Submission of abstract: Monday, March 17, 2025 (midnight MST)
Notification of decision: Monday, March 31, 2025
Best Paper Awards
Awards for the Best Student Paper and Best Conference Paper will be awarded during the Networking Reception evening. A selection committee will determine awardees.
