Role With AMR - One Health Consortium: One Health Program Development Specialist, One Health at UCalgary and AMR – One Health Consortium
Andrea Kormylo received her BFA at the University of Victoria in 2009 and completed a Marketing Diploma at SAIT’s School of Business in 2012. After working as Office Manager for a private oil and gas company in Alberta for several years, she decided to pursue a Master of Planning at the University of Calgary, focusing on Regional and Environmental Planning. Upon graduation in 2016, she moved to Invermere, British Columbia and took a position at the College of the Rockies as Program Coordinator for the Continuing Education program. In 2019, Andrea returned to Calgary and accepted a position as the Administrative Coordinator at the University of Calgary. She is now responsible for the marketing and communication strategies that support One Health at UCalgary and the AMR – One Health Consortium, and planning and coordinating scientific, training, and outreach meetings and events.
