MobilizeUCalgary is a free, 8-week online learning series for beginner knowledge mobilizers.

MobilizeUCalgary is your chance to learn knowledge mobilization theories and skills that help bridge academia and community. 

Originally designed by Research Impact Canada, this inaugural UCalgary version introduces participants to knowledge mobilization best practices and strategies. Academic staff, postdocs, support staff, students and community are all welcome to apply.

Each Module Includes: 

  • Weekly live Zoom sessions with guest experts
  • Pre-recorded videos on core concepts
  • Recommended readings and topic summaries
  • Short, practical activities and assignments

Live sessions feature case studies and examples from UCalgary’s scholarly community, offering participants a chance to connect theory with practice. 

Asynchronous learning materials will be hosted on D2L.
