Upload your completed nomination form in one PDF document. CV’s and other supporting documents should be copied into the last page of your application.
Nominations will be accepted throughout the year as the program budget permits. While there is no deadline for submission, nominations must be submitted prior to the arrival of the visiting scholar at UCalgary. A decision from the Research Services Office will be made within 4 weeks of receiving the nomination.
