Training is available on a first-come first-served basis, and prioritized for those who are planning to apply for competitions included in the first releases. Contact the project team at rms@ucalgary.ca to arrange training.

Logging into RMS from non-UCalgary networks (including AHS networks) requires the General VPN client FortiClient installed on your computer:

Note that General VPN is required if you are on any non-UCalgary network, including AHS.

  • AHS staff who already have the FortiClient VPN client may connect to the General VPN network.
  • AHS staff using an AHS issued device who do not yet have FortiClient may contact the AHS Service Desk to make a software request,
  • OR
  • AHS staff using a non-AHS issued device (including personal devices) may contact UCalgary IT Support at itsupport@ucalgary.ca to have FortiClient installed.

Access to RMS

RMS access is governed by roles defined in PeopleSoft. If you must delegate signing authority to someone who does not yet have appropriate access in RMS, you must first ensure that they have the correct role in PeopleSoft. To do this, submit a request through PSAR (PeopleSoft Access Request).

This process may take 72 hours or more so it should not be relied upon for last-minute submissions.
