Bridging Worlds: Understanding the Mental Health Experiences of International Students at the University of Calgary

Summary

This study is about understanding the mental health experiences of international students at the University of Calgary. We want to learn what challenges international students face, how they cope, and what kinds of support they use or need.

If you choose to take part, you’ll be asked to fill out an online survey. You may also choose to join a small group conversation (called a focus group) to share more about your experiences.

Your voice can help us understand how to make mental health support better for international students.

Currently recruiting participants: Yes

Eligible ages: 18 to 50

Accepts healthy participants: Yes

You can join this study if:

You are an international student at the University of Calgary.

You are 18 years old or older.

You can read and understand English well enough to complete a survey or take part in a small group conversation (focus group).
