The Effects of Training Footwear on Athletic Movements

Summary

This study is about how different types of shoes affect movement and performance during CrossFit exercises. We will test four different shoes while participants do exercises like weighted overhead squats, running, box jumps, and weighted box step-ups. The goal is to understand how shoes can improve comfort, stability, and speed during high-intensity workouts. Participants will try on each shoe and complete a series of exercises while we measure their movement and performance. This will help us learn more about the best footwear for people who do CrossFit and other similar workouts.
