Investigating Stress and Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptoms
Summary
We’re exploring how stressful childhood events might influence irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms in individuals. We are recruiting adults both with and without IBS. Participants will answer questions about stress, mental health, sleep quality and IBS symptoms.
Eligibility
Eligible ages: 18 to 100
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
1) 18 years of age or older
2) Able to read, write and speak English
