Mental Health In Elite Athletes With And Without Disability
Summary
We are inviting elite athletes and Para athletes, 18 years and older, who participate in their sport (any sport) at national or international level to participate in this study. We follow the athletes every four months by sending a link to online surveys including questions about demographics, sport and mental health history, mental health symptoms, injury, and illness occurrence. If any severe mental health concerns are identified, the athletes will be contacted by a physician chosen by the athlete themselves, or by a physician of the research team, in order to make sure the athlete receives adequate mental health support.
