Study on Team-Based Collaboration in Architecture and Creative Industries
Summary
This study looks at how architects and other professionals work together on projects in flexible, team-based ways. It explores whether methods used in industries like film, video games, and tech—where teams form quickly and work across different organizations—can be applied to architecture. Participants will take part in two interviews, each lasting about 45–60 minutes. During the interviews, they will share their professional experience with teamwork, project management, and collaboration. The goal is to understand how flexible, multi-person teams can be organized while keeping work clear, accountable, and effective.
