Video Job Interviews

Summary

This study is interested in video job interviews. Video job interviews are becoming a popular tool in the employment hiring process. This study will give you the opportunity to practice completing an asynchronous video interview - a form of video interview where you complete the interview online, on your own time, without having to interact with an interviewer. After completing the interview you will be asked to answer questions about your experiences in the interview. We are interested in learning your thoughts about the online interview process and about your experience in the interview.
