Community Connection
Part of our commitment to open science / open scholarship at UCalgary involves growing our community of practice through events, information sharing, and making connections. We currently have 2 ways to get involved:
- Join our MS Team for open science to be an active part of the conversation and share
- Subscribe to our open science email list and receive emails about upcoming events and resources
Join Our MS Team Channels
The Knowledge to Impact team has launched a Microsoft Team just for the open science community. Connect with others both on- and off-campus to share resources, highlight people and their stories, and engage in conversation about open science.
How to Join
I have a UCalgary email address:
- Join from any browser: visit Join the OS Team
- Join from within MS Teams: visit the Teams dashboard in the MS Teams app and select [+Join or Create Team ] in the upper right corner. then enter the team passcode: hevznd8 (case-sensitive)
I have an external email address:
- Send us a quick email using the link below with your preferred email address and we'll add you manually as a guest.
- Watch your email and junk folders for the confirmation email (usually within 1 business day).
- Please Note – for security purposes, all users will need to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on a device when you first log in.
