Autistic Voices, Inclusive Choices: Shaping the Future of Sexual Health Education
Summary
This project aims to work with Autistic individuals to understand how to accessibly, creatively, and alternatively deliver sex education that meets their needs. Participants will attend three workshops centered on safety, emotional intimacy, and navigating relationships. Following this will be a one-on-one semi-structured interview about the participants' workshop experiences.
Eligibility
Eligible ages: 18 to 100
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
1. Self-identify or labelled as Autistic
2. Live in Calgary
3. 18 years of age or older
Exclusion criteria:
1. Non-autistic people
2. People who live outside of Calgary
3. Those younger than 18 years of age
