Barriers that pregnant women from ethnic minorities might have in participating in diet intervention studies during pregnancy
Summary
Racialized individuals are under-represented in diet studies aimed at improving the health of pregnant women and their child. This study will help us understand the barriers that these women might have in being part of these studies. Then, we can take measures to address those barriers and design studies that they can join. This will help us explore beneficial diet interventions for them and their children.
