Building Emotional Awareness and Mental Health (BEAM) in Parenting to Support Children’s Development
Summary
We are inviting parents with depression, anxiety, and/or heightened anger symptoms to take part in an app-based program. The program is called the Building Emotion Awareness and Mental Health Program. It supports mental health and reduces parenting stress. The app includes videos on parenting and mental health, weekly check-ins by peer coaches, a forum where you can talk with other parents, and optional monthly Zoom group sessions run by peer coaches. Our goal is to help parents with their mental health and parenting, and support their child’s development and mental health.
