Developing Quality Indicators for Substance Use Disorders in Alberta to Improve Care

Summary

The goal of this study is to use an online consensus method to identify key quality indicators measures of healthcare for substance use disorders in Alberta. We aim to develop a set of Quality Indicators to measure substance use disorder care. To achieve this, we will use online surveys to create a shortened list of quality indicators from those that are available (i.e. those identified in the scoping review).

Eligibility

Currently recruiting participants: Yes

Eligible ages: 18 to 100

Accepts healthy participants: Yes

Inclusion criteria:

1) Individuals who are 18 years or older.
2) Experience with substance use disorders, whether personally, as a healthcare provider, or as a caregiver.
3) English speaking.
4) Have access to computer, tablet, or smartphone with email.
