Human Resource Manager Staffing Practices
Summary
In this study, we ask Hiring Managers and Recruiters to describe their behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs about staffing. Participants will speak to their experience staffing, and the goals and tasks involved. Participants will mainly discuss on how they design job interviews. This study will help direct future studies to focus on more specific topics.
Eligibility
Eligible gender: Male, Female, Transgender, Other
Eligible ages: 18 to 100
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
Participants must be Hiring Managers (in their current job) or Recruiter who conducts interviews.
Exclusion criteria:
You are not eligible to participate if you are not a current Hiring Manager or Recruiter who conducts interviews.
