Investigating the Change Processes Associated with Recovering from Violent Behaviours
Summary
We want to understand how individuals with a history of physical violence are now able to control their violent behaviours. The researcher will interview people to determine the factors that are helpful and unhelpful in managing violent tendencies. The interview will have three areas of focus:
1. Factors that help to manage or avoid violent behaviours.
2. Factors that make it more challenging to manage violent behaviours.
3. Suggests for what could help manage violent behaviours.
The results of this study may be published and used to inform interventions for violent behaviours.
