Optical Heart Rate Wearable Technology Validation Study

Summary

This study aims to test a new wearable device designed by Polar Electro Oy to see how well it measures heart rate and heart rate changes during different activities. Participants will drive a car, walk and jog on a treadmill, and play a video game while wearing the device. The goal is to check if the device works accurately in these different situations. We are looking for people who are healthy, can walk and jog on a treadmill, drive a vehicle, and have no serious health issues. Your participation will help us understand how well this new device works.
