Inclusion criteria:

A developer who has
1) solid experience in redevelopment of mixed use projects in Toronto or Ontario,
2) apartment building portfolio
3) an NGO CEO with alternative economic model expertise
4) A Construction Loan Officer who has experience in construction lending
5) A professional planner
6) a municipality councilor (community councilor)
