Transforming Phone Line and Text Supports for Service Users Across Canada
Summary
We want to hear from people who have contacted a crisis helpline, through phone or text, in the last ten years. Crisis and text phone lines are commonly offered resources, but there is little Canadian research from the perspective of callers and texters. We want to know what your experiences have been like when contacting crisis lines.
This study will use both online surveys and Zoom interviews. You can complete both, if you wish. Online Zoom Interviews will take about an hour, and interview participants will receive a $30 CAD gift card.
Surveys will be completed online. All survey participants will be entered into a prize draw for a $200 CAD gift card.
