Mood and Stress in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
Summary
Our study looks at how mood and stress may change during the menstrual cycle for people with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Learning how hormones affect emotional well-being can help improve mental health support and resources for the PCOS population.
Eligibility
Eligible ages: 18 to 45
Inclusion criteria:
You are eligible to participate if you
1) Have PCOS
2) are 18-45 years old
3) not using any hormonal contraceptives or menopause hormone therapy
Exclusion criteria:
You are not eligible to participate if you
1) are pregnant
2) plan to become pregnant in the next 2 months
3) plan to start hormonal contraceptives or menopause hormone therapy in the next 2 months
