What are the wellbeing experiences of Internationally Educated Clinical Professionals (IECPs) in Alberta?
Summary
This study aims to explore the wellbeing of internationally educated healthcare professionals practicing in Alberta, Canada. We seek to understand the challenges they encounter and identify ways to enhance their well-being and ability to thrive. Through interviews with approximately 20 participants from various healthcare professions, we aim to gather valuable insights to inform recommendations for improving support systems within the healthcare sector.
Eligibility
Eligible ages: 18 to 100
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
1. You must be an internationally educated healthcare professional currently working in Alberta, Canada.
2. You can belong to any healthcare profession, such as a physician, nurse, occupational therapist, or social worker.
3. You need to be at least 18 years old to participate.
4. Your participation must be voluntary, meaning you can choose whether or not to take part in the study.
