The Meteorological Service of Canada is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 2022 Patterson Medal, which recognizes excellence, distinguished service, and exceptional accomplishments in support of meteorology.

Nominators are asked to prepare a short submission (maximum two pages) describing how the nominee has contributed to meteorology and meets the Patterson Medal criteria. Nominees may have made technical, operational, research-, service- or policy-related contributions. For additional information, please refer to the attached “Instructions to Nominators.”
The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2022 Patterson Medal is March 13, 2023.
