Healthy Parents, Healthy Children: Understanding the needs and preferences for health promotion resources of families in Alberta.

Summary

Healthy Parents, Healthy Children is Alberta Health Services’ practical guide for pregnancy, being a parent, and helping young children grow, learn and be healthy.

We would like to hear the best ways to share information on having a healthy pregnancy and caring for young children.

Your feedback will help us better understand how to share information with parents and caregivers in Alberta. The results will be used to improve how we share Healthy Parents, Healthy Children resources.

Eligibility

Currently recruiting participants: No

Eligible ages: 18 to 100

Accepts healthy participants: Yes

Inclusion criteria:

You are invited to be in this study if you:
1. live in Alberta, Canada
2. are over 18 years of age
3. are expecting a baby (through pregnancy, surrogacy, or adoption),
4. OR are a parent or regular caregiver (e.g., a grandparent) of a child aged 0 to 6 years old

Exclusion criteria:

You are not able to take part in this study if you:
1. live anywhere outside of Alberta
2. are under 18 years of age
3. are NOT expecting a baby, and are NOT a parent or regular caregiver of a child aged 0 to 6 years old
