Linguistic attitudes of L2 French learners at the University of Calgary

Summary

In this study we want to explore how linguistic attitudes affect the learning of French as a second language. The orientation of the study will be psycho-sociolinguistics. In this study, my aim is to understand psycho-sociolinguistics theories and their influence on the linguistic attitudes of French second language students.

Currently recruiting participants: Yes

Eligible ages: 18 to 99

Accepts healthy participants: Yes

Inclusion criteria:

1. You must be / have been a University of Calgary student.
2. You must take / have taken a French language course.

Exclusion criteria:

1. Anyone who is under the age of 18.
2. Anyone who has not taken a French language course at the University of Calgary.
